BEATLES RARE STEREO AD BACK introducing VEE JAY original LP

I've been buying records for over 40 years & this is by far the rarest Beatles LP I've ever come across. You decide if it's legit.
I believe it is. It's been up for 12 hours & I've had several offers.

I do not have a "buy now" price. I will not end auction or set a "BIN" price.

 Cover - VG+ Front right has small faded writing (2 little pen marks in that area). Right side of back has some very faded writing (see photos). Old 60's record store sticker on back (I shopped at Vogels 35 years ago). Light edge wear. Some VERY light scuffs near Paul's head. NO splits

vinyl -   Mint Minus  > I played this LP on 2 different stereos. The record plays excellent. The only time I hear ultra light surface noise is on "Love Me Do" & in between some tracks. No ticks, pops or skips. Although it looks VG with light marks & low luster, this LP plays VERY close to near mint.

label condition - no scuffs. writing in dark pen on both sides (see photos)

B side: 6 - 38 - 63      63-3402 S (etched) also 2 machine stamps > too small to make out

Front left side of cover has "printed in USA"

There is 1/4" flap of cardboard folded over the top and bottom of the inside cover. From what I understand, the fake copies DO NOT have the flaps. And if they do, they are NOT 1/4". Please check this link for more info: http://www.beatlesagain.com/barchive/vjlp1062.html.

 Correction: numbers on B side of dead wax:

B side: 6 - 28 - 63      A      63-3402 S (etched) also 2 machine stamps > too small to make out. So not, 2 - 38-63 as stated above.
