Up for auction is a beautiful original pressing of The Beatles Rubber Soul album, originally released in the U.S on Capitol Records (T-2442) in 1966:
-Guaranteed original Mono pressing, not reissue -Original black 'rainbow" Capitol labels -Early RIAA 3 pressing on cover -No band name on labels
-Still in opened factory shrink wrap -I AM triangle (Scranton pressing) in deadwax -Original and correct gold Capitol inner sleeve -Original paste-down cover -No UPC/bar code on cover -Vinyl comes in poly audiophile inner sleeve
Note: This is the nicest copy of Rubber Soul I have come across in 40 years of collecting.  No signs of aging to the white edges and back.  The vinyl looks new.

Condition: Cover is in beautiful condition, still protected by original opened shrink wrap.  No signs of wear or age.  Seams are great, no wear or cracking.  Corners are sharp, no wear, no bumps!  White edges are white, not discolored with age.  Back looks clean and bright, no yellowing like most "NM" copies you'll find.  Shrink is clean and shiny, no tears, tight, no yellowing.  Truly a top copy, fresh and clean.  Very hard to upgrade. Grade: Near Mint (NM)
Vinyl is also beautiful, still retains its original glossy shine.  No apparent scratches or scuffs, just one tiny faint superficial mark on Side One that's hard to see, and doesn't affect quality of playback, which is excellent, as you'd expect.  Labels are clean, unmarked, no marks around spindle holes.  Looks like this record has been played maybe only once previously but handled with care.  Hard to upgrade. Grade: Near Mint Minus (NM-)
