Pictures:   Click here to view photo gallery   General:   This is the very rare 'loud cut' first mono pressing, in excellent condition.   Audio quality:   Unless otherwise stated below the audio quality of records I sell will always be at least excellent. Grading (vinyl):   EX-   (some hairlines and surface marks, very occasional light click) Grading (labels):   EX   (some very light spindle marks) Grading (outer sleeve):   EX-   (light creasing, light corner and edge wear, name at back top, slight staining to back) Grading (inner sleeve):   EX   (light creasing)   Summary:   A very nice early copy of this extremely rare cut. The 'Loud Cut' (-1 matrix) version of Rubber Soul was withdrawn only a couple of weeks after its release on 3 December 1965 as George Martin wasn't happy with the mix which sounds muddy and distorts on some tracks.

The above rates include a small handling fee. This covers the cost of materials, the time to pick and package the item(s) securely, and transport to the Post Office. You only pay what it costs but this is not just the price of the postage. Emails requesting postage cost breakdowns or even cheaper rates will not receive a reply.

All items are carefully inspected and professionally cleaned on a Keith Monks Record Cleaning machine (as used by the BBC) prior to despatch. Records are shipped in heavy duty industry standard record mailers with additional protection to ensure that they reach you in exactly the condition they were despatched. LPs are removed from both outer sleeve and inner sleeve and placed in a shipping inner and outer sleeve to prevent seam splits in transit. In the unlikely event that you're not completely satisfied with any item simply return it within seven days of receipt in its original condition and packaging for a full no-quibble refund (you must pay the return postage cost).

Payment terms:
In order to minimise the risk of fraud, PayPal will ONLY be accepted as a payment method for sales which have an aggregate value of £150.00 or less. This means that if your total invoice value (excluding postage and packing), whether it is for one item or more than one item, exceeds £150.00 payment by PayPal will NOT be accepted and any PayPal payment will be treated as non-payment and refunded. Payment of such invoices may be made in cash (Pounds sterling, US Dollars or Euros only), by a cheque drawn on a UK bank, or preferably by bank transfer (IBAN, Swift details available to the winning bidder on request). These terms override any other payment options shown elsewhere on this page. By placing a bid for this item you accept that you understand and agree to these terms.

I am always interested in buying high quality collections of LPs. If you have a collection to sell please use the 'Ask seller a question' link to send brief details (quantity, type of music with a few examples, and a contact email address) first.
