Description
This is a sealed copy of "The Beatles" aka the "White Album."
In 1995, Capitol Records reissued the entire Beatles catalog to coincide with the release of the Anthology series. This was a limited release on vinyl.
This copy is in mint condition (or as near to mint as any record could ever be!), and includes the original poster and photos (I haven't verified this since it's still sealed, but this release is known to include these items from opened examples).
Catalog # is C1-46443 - this is the stereo mix. There's a barcode on the back, as well as the Apple Records logo. The shrink wrap has a small spot on the back by the Apple logo where it has worn off (most likely from original shipment/storage), but the wrap remains tight. The small area where the shrink wrap has worn off still retains its bright white color (i.e. no stains, etc.) as it has been stored in a plastic outer cover. Two of the corners also have the shrink wrap frayed off, again likely due to the record's original storage/shipment. This in no way negatively impacts the appearance of the cover.
Like other reissues, this issue doesn't have a serial number printed on it, but unlike most reissues, the title ("The Beatles") is embossed just like the original pressing.
If you've ever wanted to own a pristine copy of the White Album (inserts and all), this is your chance! This is the next best thing to getting it straight from the factory!
