DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE: a little wear on rear near top and bottom edges and front near bottom edge, otherwise Superb..die-cut and all corners and edges nice and sharp..laminate lovely and tight..spine lettering nice and sharp: EX

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX and EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
