On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Beatles called 'Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band' and is a MONO UK pressing!!!! This is the ORIGINAL MONO UK pressing from 1967 and is in STUNNING condition for its age!!!! IT IS ALSO TOTALLY COMPLETE WITH ITS ORIGINAL 'CUT-OUT' INSERT, GATEFOLD COVER, AND ORIGINAL INNER!!!! This is an ORIGINAL Pressing with a Yellow & Black Label, 'Sold in the UK' text, and the 'Gramophone Company' edge text. The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The matrix numbers are YEX 637-1 & YEX 638-1. The stamper codes are 2/RLA & 4/RPG. The Cat. No is PMC 7027 on the ORIGINAL Yellow & Black Parlophone label (see picture) and is a MONO pressing!!!! All the tracks are Pure quality Beatles at their best!!!! Any fan of The Beatles, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!! The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in stunning condition for its age. Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, 1 TINY mark, and a VERY few light paper scuffs. ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! It is great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!! It plays brilliantly with NO sticking, NO jumps, and NO nasty crackle!!!! There is NO groovewear, NO distortion and NO nasty 'greying' of the grooves!!!! In fact the only fault on the play is a TINY mark that causes 3/4 pops. That is the ONLY imperfection on the play!!!! However I DONT overgrade and the record must grade visually Very Good++++ if not better and the playing grade is an EASY Excellent (apart from those 3/4 pops)!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 'psych' inner sleeve - which is in MINT condition!!!! The 'cut-out' insert is in PERFECT uncreased condition!!!! The Gatefold FLIPBACK Cover is in STUNNING condition for its age!!!! LOOK AT THE PICTURES - can you get much better???? It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), just a VERY few light creases and NO writing!!!! The opening edges are RAZOR straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the inside of the cover is in STUNNING condition with NO writing, NO grubbyness, and NO yellowing!!!! The cover also opens with that lovely 'crackle' that you only get with VERY little used covers!!!! There is also NO splits, NO rips, and NO tears!!!! The cover must grade FULL Excellent if not better!!!! HAVE A LOOK AT MY PICTURES - I DO MY BEST TO SHOW THE RECORD FROM ALL ANGLES AND MAKE THE PICTURES AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE - THERE IS NOTHING TO HIDE!!!! It really is a GREAT looking LP and it is truly rare to find any copies of this RARE Beatles LP!!!!
