Description
This is an original mono FIRST PRESSING of the Beatles album Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (Parlophone PMC 7027) from 1967.
Matrix No's are: XEX 637-1 and XEX 638-1
Stampers - Side 1 4 ATR Side 2 2 ATA
The Garrod & Lofthouse gatefold sleeve is clean and in very good condition for its age, with no tears - there is some scuffing on the front, as might be expected, but the back and inside are in very good condition. The vinyl is also in good shape, with just minor scuffing and the odd surface scratch - sound quality is very good with no jumping or sticking. The labels are clean and there is little wear on the spindle hole.
The inner sleeve is plain white and the cut-out insert is in tact and in good condition.
All in all this is a good example of this very collectable album.
