A VERY clean playing copy of this classic album!...
This copy has the insert (dark green, later issues had a paler green one),it has the red and white inner bag and a wide spine..The label has KT tax codes and the inner bag has "Patents Applied For".
Issued on Parlophone in 1967..PMC 7027..UK pressing in MONO..
The matrix numbers are YEX 637 1 and YEX 638 1..The mothers and stampers are 2 ALP and 4 APH..
Play grade on this is easily EX..The sound quality is clean and undistorted and there are NO clicks or pops..Surface noise is absolute minimal and is probably only dirt in the grooves (a clean on a cleaning machine should get rid of this!)..
The disc plays flat on the turntable with no edge warps..There are no skips or jumps..
Visually, the disc looks EX..There are NO nasty or highly visible scratches or scuffs..(A couple of tiny hairlines is all) and overall, the disc looks like it has been properly looked after..
The sleeve(fully laminated, gatefold and made by Garrod and Lofthouse) grades as EX minus..The corners are rounded and show white, there is a little wear to the opening edge and a VERY small speck on the back (through the colour)..It has NO serious defects or damage..
There are no seam splits, rips, tears, scribble, stains, sellotape or tape marks and all the text on the spine is clearly legible..There is minimal dischape and hardly any rubbing to the edges..
The labels are undamaged..There is visible spindle wear...This has had some regular (but careful play)..
The inesrt is undamaged..
The red and white inner bag has some creasing,a seam split to one edge and a couple of stains..
UK buyers are welcome to collect this in person or collect it from The Southend Record Fair (12th February.)..where there are LOADS of great albums and singles offered for sale...NEW VENUE for this fair is West Leigh Schools on the A13..SS9 2JB..
Check it out on Facebook (Southendrecord).
POSTAL COSTS..Paypal take 5% off these costs!
UK:£3.25.EEC and Russia!! :£4.60...
USA,JAPAN.AUSTRALIA etc:£7.25.
There are delays on post going INTO the USA due to an increased scanning of packages at US Customs (Anti terrorist measures,I believe)..Parcels ARE being delayed and delivery may take a MONTH!!..
The Russian Federation is also having delays on deliveries ..This is due to the sheer volume of parcels going into the Federation..Again,expect delays!.
Payment
I accept UK cheques and Postal orders, bank transfers and of course.PAYPAL......
Shipping
All items are securely and professionally packed..Records are shipped out of their jackets to prevent seam splits..If there is an inner sleeve or a picture sleeve, then the disc will be packed in a plain white sleeve.. I try and keep shipping costs to an absolute minimum, byut Paypal don't help by taking commission on the postal costs!!
All items are posted the day that payment is recieved..
