Over the next few weeks I shall be selling a MINT collection of Beatle Lps bought by myself brand NEW in the early 1980s.   I played the records once only where I recorded them onto tape cassette, then carefully put the records into a protective sleeve and then stored them in a special  box.  So although they are nearly 30 years old they are still in shop, MINT condition.  They start from Please Please Me up to Let it Be.

We start with:

BEATLES UK - PLEASE PLEASE ME 1980s Stereo.

PCS 3042 – Two EMI box Black and Silver Parlophone labels.

A UK LP in 100% original condition, bought by me NEW in 1983,  it has only been played once !

CONDITION:

THE MAIN SLEEVE:  is in near MINT condition, the sleeve still has  four MINT sharp corners, the rear of the sleeve is still a brilliant fresh white.   As this  LP is from 1983 there are NO printed references to CDs,  NO apple logos  and NO bar pricing codes. There is still a PMC   ‘Mono’ reference on the rear  of the sleeve.      There are  NO  tears, scuffs, creases,  thumb nail creases,  pen writing, splits, stains, stickers or sticker residue.  

THE INNER SLEEVE:  is in  near MINT  condition and is the correct period original EMI  ‘ important notice’ sleeve, with its original printed date of :   9/82,  being September 1982.  The sleeve is still a brilliant fresh white,   with    NO  splits, stains, pen writing, tears,   stickers or sticker residue.

THE VINYL:   is  in MINT condition, only played once,  the vinyl is  very  dark and very glossy.  

The matrix  nos. are:   YEX  94 – 4   and  YEX  95 – 4,

The Mother/Stampers are:   ‘   4      ? ?   ’   and    ‘ 5      2  ’.

THE AUDIO:  is excellent,  the vinyl   lays flat  on the turntable and does NOT  stick  or jump.

THE LABELS:   are in near MINT  condition and show that they have  had  just the one careful play.    The labels show the period two EMI box logos and are black and silver.   The rim text around the label  begins:    ‘All rights’  etc. There   NO   scuffs, pen writing,  stickers or sticker residue.

ALL RECORDS WILL BE REMOVED FROM THEIR  ORIGINAL INNER AND OUTER SLEEVES TO AVOID ANY DAMAGE,  THE RECORD WILL THEN BE PUT INTO A SECOND INNER SLEEVE FOR MAXIMUM PROTECTION WHILE IN TRANSIT.
