A UK mono album in original condition.

CONDITION:

THE MAIN SLEEVE: is in excellent condition, the front of the sleeve is laminated. The spine is in excellent+ condition, the spine has remained clean and white and all of the text on the spine is clear to read. The two opening edges of the sleeve have remained clean and sharp. The rear of the sleeve has remained clean for its age. The rear of the sleeve has the period 1960s ‘tri flip back’ fold over edge design. Theres NO tears, splits, pen writing, stains, stickers or sticker residue on the sleeve.

THE INNER SLEEVE: is in excellent condition and is the original ‘Use Emitex’ sleeve. The two opening edges have remained clean, a well preserved, clean fresh inner sleeve for its age. Theres NO tears, pen writing, stains, stickers or sticker residue. There is a slight split to one of the side edges.

THE RECORD: side one is in very good condition, side two is in very good++ condition. The record is made from the original 1960s thick, heavy vinyl. The record has remained dark and glossy.

The matrix are: XEX 579 - 4 and XEX 580 – 4,  

The mother / stampers are: ‘48 RPR’ and ‘43 RTD’.

THE AUDIO: side one plays excellent+, it plays with excellent quiet grooves. Side two plays very good++, it plays with some ‘ticks’ heard here and there, but in general it plays with excellent quiet grooves. The record plays with a full, loud period mono sound. The record lays flat on the turntable.

THE LABELS: each label is in excellent+ condition. The letters ‘KT’ are embossed around the spindle hole on side one. The labels are free from any pen writing, stickers or sticker residue.

TO GRADE THE CONDITION OF THE RECORD I AM USING THE OFFICIAL GRADING SYSTEM FROM THE ‘RECORD COLLECTOR’ MAGAZINE.

BEFORE POSTING, THE RECORD IS REMOVED FROM THE RECORDS ORIGINAL INNER AND OUTER SLEEVES, THE RECORD IS THEN PUT INTO A SECOND PAPER INNER SLEEVE TO MINIMISE ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR WHILE IN TRANSIT. THE RECORD / SLEEVES ARE THEN PUT INTO A NEW PLASTIC SLEEVE FOR FURTHER PROTECTION.
