The following information is taken from PRICE GUIDE FOR THE BEATLES AMERICAN RECORDS, 6TH EDITION (2007), by PERRY COX AND FRANK DANIELS:

This EP is VJEP 903.06. This is the rarest all-black label, with VEE JAY at the top in silver print! "Ask Me Why" is in larger print than the other titles. Issued in June of 1964.

Please also note, that the value listed in photo seven is from 10 years ago, and is for the EP ONLY!!! Photo eight is the value for the mint cover, again from ten years ago! THIS AUCTION INCLUDES THE MINT COVER! This is EXTREMELY RARE in ANY condition, but especially rare in this practically MINT condition. This auction includes an almost MINT EP, PLUS AN ALMOST MINT CARDBOARD COVER, which is rarely seen on EBay, as you already know!!! So please keep this in mind when making REASONABLE offers!!!
