Description
- This is an ORIGINAL 1964 U.S. CAPITOL RECORDS 7" EAST COAST FIRST PRESS 45 IN ITS ORIGINAL PICTURE SLEEVE containing the Beatles songs titled 'I Want To Hold Your Hand' / 'I Saw Her Standing There'. It is Capitol Records U.S. catalog number 5112.
As can be seen in my accompanying images, this 45 and sleeve is an 'east coast' issue, with unnotched and even top edges on the picture sleeve and unstacked song title print on the record. THIS IS A 1964 FIRST PRESS 45 WITH 'WALTER HOFER' SHOWN ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE 'I SAW HER STANDING THERE' LABEL ABOVE THE ELAPSED TIMED CATALOG NUMBER AS CAN BE SEEN IN MY ACCOMPANYING IMAGE.
Condition aspects are as follows:
Condition of record is a real nice EX/NM- with just a very few very light and barely visible surface marks which cannot be felt and do not affect play. Labels have no real flaws. Condition of picture sleeve is VG+ with some light ring wear, some slight wrinkles, some small wrinkles along the top edge, a little bit of age discoloration along the white areas on the upper side edges, a small amount of contact wear, and some wear along the edges. Picture sleeve has NO water damage, splits, tears, writing, or stickers.
Please e-mail me with any questions.
