Description
The Beatles "White Album" Original 1st Press Mono UK 1968 double vinyl album ..
PMC 7067 // PMC 7068 // All matrix numbers ending 1/1/1/1/
Complete top opener with thick card photos, poster and black inners, early low number 0037695 ..
Sleeve is well presented with razor straight edges and nice square corners, no scuffing or usual handling marks even the top opening is free of wear, spine lamination is virtually all intact, all as seen in the picture excellent condition,
Both record labels are without "EMI Recording" label text confirming it's early issue, playing surfaces are clean and bright there are overall light surface bag removal marks visible and odd hairlines/scuff but nothing deep, on playback there are a cluster of jumps on first track Back in the USSR side.1 and a teeny jump on Birthday track that has been mentioned otherwise it settles down and is really mainly clear and enjoyable for the rest of the album, records graded in Good condition because of jumps, complete with original set of thick card colour photos these have odd old sellotape marks visible on back (not on the fronts) just light age wear VG condition, plus the poster and black inners which are mainly in pretty good shape and presentable bit of wear on one opening edge and small seam splits on the sides, bottom seams are intact,
All in all a complete first press early Mono pressing with a low number,
