CONDITION:
The record is VG- has clearly been played a lot but I have listened to it all of the way through on both sides and it plays well with very nice clear and loud sound, no problems. There is a small sticker mark on side 2 label. There is a 3" split to the spine of the cover which has been repaired from the inside and wear to the corners, particularly the bottom ones - see picture. The rear shows the usual handling marks and the word "2nd" in small letters - see picture.
