Description
The Beatles - "Yesterday and Today"
Extremely rare mono copy of the "butcher cover", unpeeled except for a very small portion of the bottom right front (just enough to show that it is indeed a butcher copy)! The album has a production code of "3" on the back of the cover.
This is an extremely rare and classic collectible album! An awesome piece for any fan!
Visual condition (cover / vinyl): Good / Good

Front Cover: The surface of the cover is in very good condition, clean and very presentable. There are two letters that appear to be written in very light pencil in the upper right corner (A.S.) that could probably be removed with an eraser (I didn't want to attempt in case I rubbed too hard). The V of Ringo's sweater is very visible. The bottom right corner was lifted very slightly about 20 years ago to see if it was a butcher, and of course, it is. This small peeling did not damage any of the cover, and the peeled portion does lay back flat on the cover.
Back Cover: The surface of the back cover is in good condition, very readable with a few minor spots.
Edges of Album Cover: the bottom edge is split all the way across. The spine is rough but not split. The top edge is split about 3 inches.
Vinyl: The vinyl shows a fair amount of wear, and since I don't have a working turntable, I can't say for sure how much noise the album will have, but it will no doubt have pops.
Album sleeve: I believe that this is the original sleeve. It has about 3" splits on bottom and both sides, but otherwise the sleeve is in excellent condition. There is a code of "PE 12-2FS" on the bottom right side.
Shipping and Handling
This collectible album will be packed very carefully in a box that is made specifically for LP's. The album and the original sleeve will be housed in separate clear poly sleeves. The vinyl will be slipped into a non-original sleeve, and then housed in a separate clear poly sleeve. Bubble wrap will also protect the contents.

Grading: Understand that I am by no means a record "expert". I am simply cleaning out my collection from years ago when I owned a record store in Winona, MN. I do not have a working turntable, so I can not give any assurances as to sound quality. My grading is simply based on my visual inspection of the cover and LP to the best of my ability.
"Excellent" - Almost like new, with little if any visible signs of wear on the LP or the album cover.
"VG" - There may be minor seam splits, ringwear, cover wear, or small stickers. On the vinyl there may be visual marks.
"Good" - More visible wear on album cover and more visible wear on LP. Will very likely have scratches, pops during playback.
