please please me, pcs 3042, first black and gold STEREO label, with "the parlophone co ltd" rim text, no "recording first published 1963" text, with the EXTRA SMALL "33 1/3" text, rare early *MZT* tax code, run out groove codes YEX 94-1 and YEX 95-1, early mother stampers side 1 3 oclock "R" and 9 oclock "1" side 2 3 oclock "G" and 9 oclock "1" indicating first pressing on the GOLD and black label !!!

VINYL VISUAL, has a stunning high gloss shine, with some whispy marks caused by the record being removed from the sleeve and some scuff/hairline scratch marks, please note this lp DOES have an EDGE WARP but this DOES NOT affect the playing of this lp in anyway and must grade VERY GOOD !!!

AUDIO GRADE VERY GOOD+/EXCELLENT!! I can tell you within the play List of the whole lp, there are NO jumps, NO repeats, NO decernable clicks and NO groove wear, all tracks play with clarity and have NO loss of audio sound!!! There are some low pop/crackle within the play but mostly heard in the dead play areas and quieter parts of the play, but nothing that overpowers the audio in anyway !!!!!!!!!!!

please note if spindle wear and spider marks are the deciding factor to the amount of play an lp has enjoured then this must class as ( few plays)

LABEL, side 1, EXCELLENT , all lettering clear and bold but has a small area of blistering to the left of the circled £ sign but NOT peeling, NO spindle wear and NO visable spider marks!!! LABEL,side 2, EXCELLENT + !! all lettering clear and bold with NO visable spindle wear and only one visable spider mark !!!

....... the OUTER is made by ernest j.day and is the much rarer *STEREO* gold first pressing sleeve with the angus mcbean text much closer to the bottom edge ( where it belongs), it is VERY GOOD PLUS condition, NO writing,NO visable ring wear, NO edge wear, a little wear to top and bottom flipbacks but still solid, does have some heavy corner wear, rear a little dirty and discoloured, spine near perfect and totally readable with a little creasing, and one small split to the bottom opening edge!!!!.......

the INNER sleeve is the much rarer (heavy duty) unique to the 1st pressing, emitex clear windowed poly lined inner and is in EXCELLENT condition with only light discolouration and NO seam splits or writing !!

This item remains one of the rarest beatles lps in the world for reasons stated above!!please note that many of the beatles valuation web sites you find on the net are grossly out of date!! if you were to find this lp in mint condition, its value would be around £12,000 or more!! if you were to find this lp in VERY GOOD condition, its value would be around £3,000!!! if you were to find this lp in VERY GOOD condition with center labels as FANTASTIC as these,AS STATED ABOVE the value is in excess of £ 4,000!!
