This is the rare first press uk mono loud cut issue in fantastic near mint condition,one of the best copies i have seen as it plays virtually mint!!
The Garrod & lofthouse patents pending cover is very clean and grades Near mint,with No tears,stickers,writing or ring wear.The front has no laminate lifting just a few small edge creases and minimal rubbing on the corners.The back is VERY WHITE with no storage ring wear,the only wear is mainly on the flipback near the spine.The seams and spine have no wear or splits and the text is clear and readable
The original emitex inner sleeve has no splits and is almost perfect
The black/yellow labels which have "The gramophone co" and "sold in uk" are clean with no major damage just some light spindle marks
The record lies flat with no warp and has full gloss and shine with no groove wear or scratches.When you first look at it,it looks MINT but under a very strong light you can see just a few of the lightest paper scuffs probably caused by removing the record from the inner sleeve,grades Mint-.From the quiet run on all the tracks play fantastic with no sound distortion and no lessening in the mono sound quality.The tracks sound MINT with no loud crackles,clicks or pops and it does not stick or jump,there is just a bit of light crackle on "michelle" but this is not strong and does not overshadow the music
