This is an original STEREO first press as indicated by "the gramophone co" and "sold in uk" label text

The garrod & lofthouse laminated flipback cover which has "stereo" in the top right corner is in nice condition. The front is very clean with a lovely white border and no laminate cracking just some light creases on the edges and one in the top right corner. The back has a little wear and some creases on the flipbacks. There are no seam splits, overall a nice copy

The record which is made out of thick quality wax is in nice condition with full gloss, under a strong light you can see some light hairlines but no groove wear or deep scratches!.The parlophone labels are superb they look great but they have a couple of very light "spider" marks on the hole and a tiny bit of wear

I played the record and it plays mostly really well but in places there is a little light crackling, mainly between tracks but this does not overshadow the music and will not stop you enjoying this fantastic beatles lp
