The Beatles vs. The Four Seasons
1964 Double Album Set
This is an original 1964 Two Record Set: The Beatles vs. The Four Seasons, LP VJ DX30, "The International Battle of the Century", "Each Delivering Their Greatest Vocal Punches", "You be the Judge". I am the original owner of this Vee-Jay Records Double Album from 1964 and it has always been treated as a cherished treasure.
The Album Cover is in Very Good++ condition with some wear at the corners & edges and slight age discoloration. There are no markings or writing of any kind on this album. The spine is intact, clean and very sharp. It comes with one Vee-Jay Records sleeve that has a small tear at the top.
The "Introducing the Beatles" Album Labels (both sides) VJLP 1062 are very clean & sharp, no writing or markings, also a VG++ condition. Both sides of the Beatles album itself have minimal play wear, some light scratches. (I have not played these records for over 30 years & no longer have a 33 record player, but looking under a bright light, I can see some small scratches.) The Beatles Album is in overall VG++ condition.
The "Golden Hits of the Four Seasons" Album Labels (both sides) VJLP 1065 are also very clean & sharp, no writing or markings, a VG++ condition. Both sides of the Four Seasons album have light scratches, (slightly more than the Beatles album, I hardly ever played the Beatles album). The Four Seasons Album is in overall VG+ condition.
The inside of this wonderful vintage album cover is in VG++ condition. All of the graphics, pictures, & print are very sharp & clean, there are no markings or writing of any kind. A fun feature of this particular collectors album is the great individual biographies & favorite stats lists, real names, hobbies, etc. for each of the artists; Paul McCartney, John Lennon, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, Frankie Valli, Bob Gaudio, Nick Massi, & Tommy De Vito.
