Good evening and welcome to this week's listings from the French Laundry! After a long hiatus, I am back and ready to unearth treasures just for you.
Down in the recesses of the spot my husband gets to call his own, he resurrected his old albums and found this little gem which we bring to you today. Up for auction is the highly collectible UNPEELED Beatles "Yesterday and Today" album. It is on the Capitol label (#T 2553), released in 1966 when my husband was a young lad of 14 and buying record albums of his favorite groups. You may be able to supersize the third photo and see Ringo's V neck under the "sanitized for the American market" cover. You can see the T2553 number in the top right corner. Condition is fair, with some dirt and tape marks where long ago, the horizontal split on one of the side seams was taped up. Please see photos and ask questions prior to end of auction. Auction includes album cover, album, and inner album cover, all original to each other. This is offered with a very modest reserve.
