BE-BOP DELUXE - PRE-SIGNING DEMO TAPE

This is the DEMO TAPE that got the interest of Harvest Records and got them signed.

In 1973/74 I worked at EMI doing Press. The head of Harvest called me in to talk about a new band he was signing and introduced me to Bill Nelson. Bill gave me this cassette and off we went, talking about the group, the songs, the image, etc.

The tracks are from two John Peel sessions - Axe Victim, Bluesy Ruby, and Tomorrow The World - THE LAST TWO ARE NOT ON A RECORD.

The cover art is by Bill Nelson and the track information is in his own handwriting.

The cover, case and cassette are all in MINT condition.
