Original U.S. first pressing 1994 issue with no barcode on back of sleeve.

Record and cover are both near mint condition, as is the printed insert.

Cover still in shrink wrap, with price sticker on shrink.

Matrix numbers:
very hard to make out on side A, but there is something in there! 
side B, BL 12 B DMM RB Precision

My own personal copy, played 2 or 3 times, I bought this from Other records in NYC in 1996.
