Philips S-C-71 AX 900 (9 stereo vinyl LPs) 839777/785 LY
Box labelled :Die 9 Sinfonien. Sunk medallion cover. Includes the two original 1/8” sheets of foam plastic cushioning that are yellowing but not rotted.
The set also includes a 5 x 8 card that says“these modern records can be played with every modern light-weight pick-up. The stereo sound, however, is reproduced only when stereo equipment is used.” It is numbered 4922 000 12671. I assume the last group of numbers is a date and that the set thus came out in early 1972.
The records are M- . They have full gloss, no spindle marks, and appear unplayed.
There is a tiny tear on the spine edge; otherwise the cover is M-.
It weighs about 6 lbs packed.
