Description

OXFAM MUSIC CLASSICAL AUCTIONS

Performance of Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 4 in G and the Rondo in G Major for solo piano, by Hans Richter-Haaser, accompanied by the Philharmonia Orchestra, conducted by Istvan Kertesz.

Original 1961 stereo pressing, on first press blue and silver Columbia labels.

CONDITION:

SLEEVE - EXCELLENT - Clean and intact sleeve with very slight corner damage. Mild discolouration to rear at sleeve opening.

VINYL - EXCELLENT- - Signs of light play only, with a few light marks on side 1 which do not impact on play. Generally very clean surfaces.

AUDIO NOTES - Sampled on both sides. Superb sound quality, very clean piano tone, no significant surface noise even during quietest passages.

All items will be securely dispatched in a new hard 12" mailer with stiffener, and will include a 12" polythene record sleeve. All items are handled with the greatest of care prior to dispatch.
