Description
The original 1970 9 disc box set of Otto Klemperer and the Philharmonia Orchestra performing Beethoven's 9 symphonies.
Box is quite beaten up, has scuff marks around all edges and on front picture. Box hinge has a couple of tears at top and bottom. Inner booklet in excellent condition with no defects. All 9 discs are in EX condition, very well taken care of, glossy and ummarked, all play tested with excellent sound.

All vinyl records are shipped with cardboard backing, new inner sleeves (along with originals) and a clear plastic outer sleeve around everything. Depending on needs I may also cover with bubble wrap and use a second cardboard backing on the other side. Records are removed and shipped outside original outer or inner picture sleeves to avoid seam splits in transit.
All vinyl records are graded conservatively and I try to give good descriptions of any imperfections and defects. I try to be thorough because I would rather that you are pleasantly surprised - not unpleasantly! Always check pictures for the sleeve condition. It's harder to know the condition of the record from the pictures but it's still always worth checking.
In the unlikely event that the disc is disappointing, you are unhappy and feel that the item is not as good as you expected from my description - or if it was damaged in transit - please contact me about a return. I would rather lose a little money than a little reputation - I want happy customers, even if it's only because they got a quick return/refund.
For international shipping I use Royal Mail Tracked - it's more expensive but unfortunately it's necessary both for you and for me, as I do not accept international returns. If your item is badly damaged by international shipping, contact me and we will work out compensation.
