BEHEMOTH - Pandemonic Incantations LP (black vinyl)
With their 3rd studio album ''Pandemonic Incantations'' the polish trio BEHEMOTH slowly became established in 1998 as the most important Black Metal band in Eastern Europe.
The natural force of development from the band was to recognize thus already early.
Stylistically, Nergal and Co. broke new ground with the 9 tracks, a step away from the original Black Metal with Pagan perspective to heavily blackened Death Metal with a penchant for musically trickiness.
The sophisticated progressive Death Metal tendencies fit perfectly into the black metal gears, which are still brimming with youthful blowing attitude. Equipped with sensitivity for varied, thrilling songwriting, the evil made-up dark trio has recorded a demanding, usually nimble three-quarters of an hour.
With ''Pandemonic Incantations'' BEHEMOTH impressively demonstrate how to develop in perfection.
