Classic from New York City. A milestone in the NO WAVE movement. You are bidding on the only 7“ release by BEIRUT SLUMP from 1979. With the band is Bobby ‘Berkowitz’ Swope aka Jim Sclavunos from TEENAGE JESUS & THE JERKS. The band also features Lydia Lunch (see scan). Here’s your chance to get the original first US pressing, released on legendary No Wave label ‘Migraine’ records in 1979 (catalogue number CC-335). Both tracks ‘Try Me’ and ‘Staircase’ are real classics because the guitar sounds like a dentist is not working in your mouth, but your EARS…really sickkk and psychopathic. In other words absolute perfect guitar hero noise terror.

Mailing / Versand: alle Platten werden in einer neutralen weißen 7“ Hülle außerhalb des Plattencovers verschickt, um Beschädigungen am Originalcover zu vermeiden (all records will be sent in plain white 7“ sleeves outside of the picture sleeves to avoid any seam splits). Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt (all records will be shipped in special record mailers, two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending).
Payment / Bezahlung: Deutsche per Banküberweisung. Non-Germans via PayPal.
