Label:  Blue Note  BLP 1587       Original mono presssing W63rd labels and no trade mark "R" either side, deep groove, RVG, and ear mark both sides.

Cover:   VG-  Presentable front, wear to back and spine, top and bottom seams are nice.

Record: Poor.   Despite the countless marks and scratches, this album does play the whole way through without skipping.  Incredibly, the music can still be enjoyed but with constant noise throughout.  The music is still there, visually this album is trashed but remarkably it can be played, do expect plenty of noise.
