Description

BERT JANSCH MONO ACETATE OF 1969 FOLK LP pentangle

Click to view supersized image Bert Jansch - Birthday Blues (United Recording/Reprise) Mega rare MONO metal acetate of 1969 US LP produced by Shel Talmy.
Although some of the song titles are different than the released version of the LP (Reprise RS 6343), this entire recording appears to be the same as the issued LP (except that it is not in stereo).
Acetates are extremely rare. They are made individually for in-house testing purposes only, usually in quantities of 1 to 10 copies. They can be played on any regular turntable.
There is writing on the side two label.
Condition: Disc looks VG, but plays noisy (probably VG-) but does not skip.

An Important note about our grading:
We grade very conservatively and accurately!
Our (VG++) Records would Grade (M-) in other lists.
Our (VG) Records Are Very Good, not Very Bad !
