LOVER BABY / COME ON LET'S MAKE LOVE ... 7-inch, 45rpm single by BERYL CUNNINGHAM & THE HAPPY LOVE MACHINE GROUP. Original Italian pressing on the DANY label (DR 1006), from 1976. Superb club tune by the '70s sex magazine cover girl and Italian soundtrack B-movie actress. The LOVER BABY side is pure Italian sleaze. Trashy vocals and orgasmic moans over an addictive disco samba groove featuring killer fender rhodes and drum patterns / funky congas and clipped guitar hook. Comped on RIO-EVOLUTIONS Vol 2 for the DejaVu label. Top breaks and amazing drum patterns by this mysterious DIY lounge session group. The fender rhodes player is out-of-this world too. Think Romano Mussolini / Sante Palumbo / Mayafra Combo and Cabildos all rolled into one. Great for DJs. All-time Pourquoi-Moi disco club banger :) Rare 45!!!

Our record grading: SEALED / M- / VG++ / VG+ / VG 

Vinyl is in shiny, strong VG++ condition with some light hairlines from sleeve removal. Some light surface noises in places but impossible to find mint. The picture sleeve is in strong VG++ condition overall with some creasing and edge wear / corner wear from storage. Rare 45!!!
