Debbie Burton is the voice of the young Baby Jane in this classic Bette Davis & Joan Crawford thriller.

This very rare 45 comes with the original MGM Picture sleeve that came with only a few pressings.

Vinyl = M- 

Label = Excellent with no holes, writing or tags. 

Sleeve = Identical Two Sided Cover has the same picture on both sides.  Very good, brown spot and fading edge on one side slight wear at edges, mild ringmark and some wrinkles. 

What Ever Happened to Baby Jane? was upbeat 1962 dance music from the DeVol film soundtrack, most notably in the scene where Joan Crawford is typing a letter begging for help, which she crumbles up and throws out the barred window, hoping "that nosey Mrs. Bates" next door will find it and call "that nice Dr. Shelby" asking him to commit Jane to "some nice little place where they could look after her!".  The words to this music were written by orchestra conductor Bobby Helferm who also conducts on this record.  Bette Davis and young Baby Jane voice, Debbie Burton, duet on this very rare recording treat!  The flip side is DeVol's "I've Written a Letter to Daddy" sung by Debbie Burton in the film, as the voice of Baby Jane, child Vaudeville star.

Plot: Two aging film actresses live as virtual recluses in a decaying old Hollywood mansion. Jane Hudson, a successful child star, cares for her crippled sister Blanche, a former movie queen, who's career in later years eclipsed that of Jane.  Blanche was forced into retirement after a crippling accident. Now the two live together, their relationship affected by simmering subconscious thoughts of mutual envy, hate and revenge, brought on by a television revival of old Blanche Hudson films.
