Description
Betty Jean Morris Shack Daddy b/w I Ain't Gonna Mambo 7" PROMO single on Capitol F-3296 from 1955. Both songs were written by the great songwriting team of Lieber & Stoller! Both sides feature great sax solos! The matrix #'s are 45-14675-D1/45-14676-D1.
PLEASE NOTE: I have well over 200 45's up for auction this week, which came from an amazing collection of vintage Capitol, Liberty, and some smaller labels that are a mix of commercial and PROMO copies from the mid-1950’s including rock, pop, rockabilly, doo wop and R&B. It appears that this collection came from someone who worked in the industry during the mid-50’s, and with the overall condition of these 45’s, it appears they may have been played a few times and just stored away. There may be some grease pencil markings in the dead wax, which may be quality control notations. With this said, please make sure you check them all out! If you win multiples, I'll combine them into one package to save you $$$ on S/H!!!
The labels on this 45 state FOR PROMOTIONAL USE!!! The white labeled vinyl on this 45 is in very good plus condition with a few whispy sleeve marks. This is a really RARE & COOL BJM collectible, make sure you bid today!!!
