Description

This auction for a rare RnB / Soul / Funk 45 RPM from BETTY LAVETTE from 1975 featuring the excellent cuts " Thank You For Loving Me" b/w "You Made A Believer out Of Me"! This is some classic female led soul! Really well made and recorded! This particular copy is in VG+ shape and sounds fantastic with clean center labels! Comes in Epic factory paper sleeve that was standard at the time of the release (matches the center label coloring). The sleeve has a tear in it and we will be sending along a regular white generic sleeve with this auction. I have rated the record at VG+ both audibly and visually.

Please see photos or ask questions before bidding.

Goldmine Grading System:

  • SS  Still Sealed
  • M  Mint - Perfect in all ways.
  • M- Mint Minus - Near perfect, most likely and unplayed record
  • NM- Near Mint Minus - Extremely well cared for record. Probably a record that's been around for some years but extremely well looked after, but still not quite new enough to call Mint.
  • VG++ Very Good Plus - As close to NM as it comes.
  • VG+  Very Good Plus - Very close to like new with only superficial signs of use that do not affect playability. Only records stored and used with care will grade out to VG+.
  • VG Very Good - A used, reasonable copy that plays. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of some light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still nice and playable.
  • VG- Very Good Minus - A record with significant wear and marks. Records graded VG-usually have some noticeable surface noise.
  • G+ Good Plus. 'Good' means pretty beat up. From here on down (Fair, Poor), we're talking about extremely beat up records.
