CONDITION OF RECORD IS VG+ to VG (may be the same versions as from the LP" Be A Brother"). Please also see photo that show the name J. Hammond on the record sleeve.
Presumably this was the property of the legendary John Hammond Sr. who discovered Billy Holiday,Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, to name just a few.
