UK issue on London….not a new reissue…not a US issue…and the only one on eBay when listed…..plenty of reissues but this is the only one on London.
Record in very good condition with little sign of play. One tiny mark on side one. Feint mark on side two. Probably the best you’ll find. A little pops at start, not serious. This is the rarer stereo issue.
Sleeve is excellent – has a couple of edge creases that’s all. Complete with blue ‘stereo’ inner sleeve.

Formed in September 1965, this pivotal San Franciscan rock outfit evolved out of jam sessions held in the basement of a communal house. Recorded in 1966 this first album was enhanced by the addition of Texas singer Janis Joplin, and her powerful, blues-soaked delivery provided the perfect foil to the unit’s instrumental power.
