This is the BILL HILL Free Advice LP, rare private Psych Guitar out of Illinois 1983 with very low press of only a couple hundred.    Vinyl is VG+  and cover has just some slight wear, comes with home made type insert sheet!!   Great LP, feel free to make an offer!!
