deep sitar jazz modal rarity - the kind of gems that get overlooked in the constantly obvious Impulse reissue programmes!! A treu mad psych jazz gem from button downed Bill PLummer (look no shoes man!) and his Cosmic Brotherhood of studio musicians on pot and featuring great vibist Lynn Blessing from Paul Horn's modal group, along with old chet baker sidekick Hersh Hamel, Ray Neopolitan, Milt Holland on tablas and other weirdness. Includes the wonderful Plummer narrated Journey to the East! Killer album!
