Description

So rare that it's existence is barely a rumor, here's the promo-only solo LP by Bill Rinehart, released on the tax-scam label Tiger Lily. What's really impressive is the fact that it's really damn good, ranging from the great pop-psych of "Loving Words" (first sample below) to crystalline instros, AM radio pop and bluesy California rock. A hidden classic. Of the nine tracks, only the Kinks-ish Del Shannon cover is available elsewhere (on a single that I'd previously thought was Rinehart's only solo release). Listen below.
