EXCELLENT VINYL on this Master Sound HALF SPEED 1980 pressing (with "STERLING" sound as noted on the dead wax), of Billy Joel's classic LP "The Stranger". Great classic album, and this JAPANESE VINYL copy is in wonderful shape. The vinyl itself shows NO marks and has good color, nice and shiny, and blemish free. The LP is wrapped in the original sleeve, and it slips into the Master Sound sleeve, and this all includes a Master Sound description 12" X 12" book with a mail in card and the lyrics in a fold out insert with words in Japanese (English lyrics are on the record sleeve itself with the iconic photo of Billy Joel wearing boxing gloves around his neck). Super copy with all the parts (though if it had an Obi, it is not here). If you're looking for a copy of this album with superior sound, this is it. The cover has just a bit of shelf wear, a couple of very short wrinkles at a couple of the edges, and what looks like a bit of sticker residue front top right. Easily a VG+ cover, and all inserts are in top shape as well. Don't miss this copy, HALF SPEED MASTERs don't last long in anyone's store, including ours. We aim to exceed your expectations! We've been selling on eBay for awhile now, having stopped for a slew of surgeries and now retired from employment because of it. We use official LP mailers with the record outside the cover, and in clean white sleeves separately from any photo inner sleeves. All vinyl is cleaned with an enzyme spray then finished with a SpinClean Machine. With sealed vinyl, please understand that we will only accept returns if the LP is still sealed, which is for our financial protection as well as yours.
