>>>>> BILLY NICHOLLS/v.rare 2nd LP on UK GM/psych ? <<<<<
Here is a very rare NM-/NM- copy (one dinged corner, very shiny disc) of the great 2nd album (from 74) on the UK GM label by Billy Nicholls. More well known for his very rare Immediate album, I was fortunate to discover this gem in the year of it's release and get an Immediate album soon after--and I've always liked this better. No, it's not psych but more UK singer-songwriter, much like the first Pete Townshend album "Who Came First" in tone. In fact Townshend, a longtime Nicholls supporter, engineered one track at his studio, and other guests include Ronnie Wood, Ian MacLagan, and Caleb Quaye. A little known gem that I've long considered a masterpiece.
