Regarding my grading:

I try to be conservative with my grading. Most people who receive items from me say that the condition is better than described.

This item is from my personal collection, and it's been well cared for while I've owned it. Comes from a smoke free home.

* I'm selling it to help pay for my wife's medical bills and medications, so payment is due within 3 days from the end of the listing. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

Buyer pays for s&h (see rates).

Due to my work schedule I can usually ship within 2 business days after payment.

I always ship records in cardboard record mailers. CD's are shipped in padded envelopes.
