ULTRA RARE
I have never ever seen another mono in the 40 years since this LP was released in the UK!
Thought not to exist - even the "Record Collector" Rare Record Guide is not aware of its existence - having listed only the stereo pressing.
1st pressing UK stereo copies (reputed to have been 1,000 only pressed before deletion) are extremely rare but Mono 1st UK pressings (reputed to number just 15 to 20 'review' pressings) are impossible to find. It is unlikely any other Mono 1st pressings have survived. By the time this LP was released in 1970, mono pressings were generally being phased out in the UK.

Cover: Excellent+. 1st 'Senol' non-gatefold pressing. Laminated front and unlaminated rear. UK patents application number 43212/68 with the mono/stereo 'peephole' in the top right corner of the rear cover - see scan. No writings, doodles or seam splits. Nice clear spine.
Inner sleeve: Original 'red' mono inner sleeve. Excellent condition - no seam splits.
Labels: Excellent. No writings, doodles or stickers. I have shown a scan of the mono label alongside the stereo version so that buyers can see the difference.
Vinyl: Play tested. Thick 1st pressing Decca made vinyl. Side 1 (track 1) has a light radial scratch that causes a little hiss in places. There is some feathering/hairlines. The rest of the LP plays with minimal crackle or hiss. No skips or jumps. The mono sound is fantastic. Looks VG+ and plays near excellent to excellent except for the first track which plays VG.

Gradings.......
Mint - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.
Excellent - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.
Very Good - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Good - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches.
Fair - The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise, it may even jump.
Poor - The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc
Bad - The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
