TITLE: Nervous Breakdown 1981 Repress Version 4 (7"/BLACK)

COVER CONDITION: VG+; Sleeve has shelf wear, ring wear, corner wear, creases. Some light discoloration from age/storage, has 2 small tears at the top. Back of the sleeve has the flat edge at the top, rounded corners (See Photos).
VINYL CONDITION: VG+; Vinyl has surface wear, a few marks, in very good shape overall. labels have the "Bubble" font on both sides where the "R & E" in records touch together (See Photos).
