   >>> Any of the LP's I list here on EBAY are from my own private collection and have been well cared for. The majority of them have only been played a few times. Since LP's could not be played in automobiles, as soon as I acquired a new LP I would immediately record it on cassette tape. The LP was then safely stored to preserve it's condition & quality. There are a small number of my LP's that suffered some minor damages to the jackets while moving several times, but any damage will be shown & described in the listing.  *I also clean the LP's in a highly modified Spin Clean Wet Wash System, Audio Test them on a Technics SL-J33 Programmable Automatic Linear Tracking Turntable with a Shure M-111 Cartridge & Elliptical Stylus, then place them in a New Clear Anti-Static Sleeve. Any original inner sleeves are always included with the LP's.  I try to do my best to grade the LP & outer Jacket / Cover according to Goldmine Standards but there's always a possibility I may miss something.  If you notice something I clearly missed, please contact me first before opening a case with EBAY, Thanks !

I have here for your browsing, a Totally Excellent copy of BLACK SABBATH's 1983 Vinyl release, "BORN AGAIN", on the Warner Brothers Label with the catalog # W1-23978.  This particular LP was manufactured and pressed at the Columbia Records Pressing Plant in Carrollton, GA.
  This version has been called a Club Issue by some Vinyl Enthusiast web sites, however that is debatable. Warner Brothers have always used and contracted various other record pressing companies to help fill their large quantity's of new, popular LP releases. Some of those companies are: Allied Record Co.,  Capitol Records,  SRC - Speciality Records Corp., AND  Columbia Record Company !  This LP version contains a retail UPC bar code on the lower rear corner and under it says "Manufactured By Columbia House Under License". The wording on actual Club Editions are usually different with the word 'By' replaced with 'For' (Manufactured For Columbia House). Another noticeable item, Club issues usually use a different catalog number printed alone or in conjunction with the original Mfgr's catalog number. The labels on this LP are identical in every way to the Actual WB release with the only Cat # on the label being "W1-23978". Plus, the matrix / run-out also uses the original WB catalog #.   The debate may never come to an ultimate conclusion, but the fact that should count here is that this entire LP package is in EXCELLENT (possibly better) overall condition.
 
GRADING of Individual Items:  The Outer Cover / Jacket is almost flawless with only the slightest, barely visible ringwear, corner or edge damage and is still covered in the original cello shrink wrap. Grade = Excellent  (or better)
  The original Printed Inner Sleeve is still perfectly flat & smooth with only a slight ripple on 1 corner from handling. There are no tears or holes but there is a small 1/2" split in the center of the bottom seam.  Grade = VG++ to Exc.
  The LP still shows all it's original shine and luster with the only flaw being a very light scuff across part of Side 1, Track 1, but it has no affect on the audio quality at all. The labels are excellent and there is no hole wear. LP Grade = Excellent   The AUDIO TEST revealed very crisp clean sound throughout both sides with only a very occasional click or tick, noticeable mainly in the dead space between tracks and where the needle drops at the beginning.   Here is the Matrix / Run-Out information:  Side 1)  (All Etched)  W1-23978-A G1B * G1.  Side 2)  (All Etched)  G (followed by an upside down) 2  W1-23978 B-1A  A14.    Label Identifiers: Both Sides, right side above the '1' & '2',  W1-23978.
