BLACK SABBATH Black Sabbath 1st Pressing With Philips Credit, 1970

Rare 1970 UK first issue with Vertigo swirl labels and 'Philips Record Product' credit. Issued in the classic Keef designed gatefold sleeve, complete with poly-lined swirl inner. 

The sleeve has no 'Stereo recordings' text. There is some shelf wear to the edges and light fraying to the spine. The sleeve is solid and flat and the original text is still mainly visible on the spine. The sleeve is in VG condition considering it is over 40 years old. The original swirl inner is in VG condition, with no writing or tears or creases. There is one seam split to one edge.

The vinyl is in good/very good condition, with lots of hairlines, sleeve removal lines and scuffs. There is background crackle and the odd pop, but the record plays through both sides with no sticks or jumps.
