PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.
ULTRA RARE original Terre Haute first pressing of this landmark album from 1970 on Warner Brothers' olive green label with NO individually listed songwriting credits on the B-side label (Warning was originally done by The Ainsley Dunbar Retaliation but was not credited on this pressing), Artisan Sound Recorders stamp in the dead wax on both sides and original Warner Brothers inner sleeve!!! LP is a nice VG+ with a few light scuffs. Cover is VG/VG+ with a hint of ring. One of, if not THE most important album in the entire HISTORY of metal, this was the shot heard 'round the world when released to an unsuspecting public 55 years ago(!) in 1970 and is one of the very few LPs to have changed the entire musical landscape upon release. Incalculably influential, every fan of metal in general NEEDS this LP. Now that the mighty Sabs have performed their last show ever, this LP takes on an even more historical significance and this first pressing sounds simply stunning. Superbly mastered by ?, this is the copy you want to play and enjoy. You will not be disappointed.
