WILDLY RARE original Terre Haute pressing of this stone classic metal masterpiece from 1970 on Warner Brothers' olive green label with Artisan stamp in the dead wax on both sides, Rodger Bain's name spelled correctly on the labels and incorrectly on the rear cover, original Loss Leaders inner sleeve with detachable mail-in coupon and individual songwriting credits for Warning on the side B label!!! LP is VG+/VG++ with a few light paper scuffs. Cover is a very nice VG with a hint of ring and some light edge wear. One of, if not THE most influential album in the entire history of metal, this was the shot heard 'round the world when released to an unsuspecting public 55 years ago(!). One of the VERY few albums that completely altered the musical landscape of its time. Heavier than heavy and incalculably influential, every fan of metal needs this LP and this Terre Haute pressing sounds particularly spectacular. Superbly mastered with both the bowel-shattering low-end and ear-splitting highs crystal clear. You will not be disappointed.
