VINYL : EXCELLENT + , on side 1 there is very mild shadowing or dullness that can't be seen unless you hold it at a certain angle and move it about in the light of the sun. Side 2 has more of the same but slightly more coverage over the vinyl surface. I am being very strict with this grading. It plays perfectly with no loss of sound or other noises. The buyer will be very happy for sure. I can't see any surface marks or anything else. I think the dullness is caused by the shiny plastic polythene cover protectors they issued with the records from new back in the 70s and 80s. I have found 100s of records with these type of cover protectors with the same sort of dullness on their surface.

COVER : EXCELLENT +, there is a 45mm light scratch on front cover under the vertigo symbol. 37 mm up from the bottom of the front cover there is a very mild type of lie or scratch that goes across from spine to opening in a horizontal position, but you have to look very carefully to see this. Very light corner wear, probably not worth mentioning but I am trying to be as accurate as I possibly can. No bends or creases that I can see. A lot of other sellers would grade near mint for sure.

LABELS: EXCELLENT +, a few light spindle marks both sides.

            MINT: No defects on vinyl, no defects on cover, posters or inserts, and no defects on label. Record has no loss of sound, no pops or static and has full gloss look.

 NEAR MINT: Maybe one or two very light scuffs or hairline scratches just visible under light on vinyl, and the smallest of defect on cover , posters or inserts , one or two very light spindle marks on labels. Record retains its high gloss. No loss of sound.

  EXCELLENT: May be very light wispy hairline scratches or a scuffs on vinyl seen under light, some minor defects on cover and some light spindle marks or name on label. Record still retains its full gloss look, but there might be a very light pop or static on a track or two. A definite keeper.                        

VERY GOOD: Will have more noticeable scratches or scuffs on vinyl, some more noticeable defects on cover, posters or inserts , and more noticeable spindle marks on labels. Will start to effect sound quality to some minor degree, will be some popping or static due to wear on a couple of tracks, but still be a good listening experience. A keeper till something better comes along.

           GOOD: Vinyl will display overall scratches or scuffs, the cover, posters and inserts could be ripped or bent and have pieces missing or have water damage etc, and labels could be ripped or damaged or have names deeply written on them by pen or texter etc. Quality of sound will be deteriorating, and the stylus may jump or skip or it may not depending on the equipment being used.
