BLACK SABBATH. VOL 4. VERTIGO SWIRL LABEL. FIRST PRESSING, 6360071 1Y/1 & 2Y/1 MATRICES. "PORKY" AND "PECKO" ETCHED IN DEAD WAX.

My listening equipment is a highly revealing Roksan Xerxes/Artemiz/Shiraz turntable, JDI pre/power amplification and Castle speakers.

Played on that system this LP grades Near Mint. There's just a trace of very minor background noise to occasional quiet parts, but it's so low-level it still merits a Near Mint grading. (On the two photos of the vinyl itself there is a reflection of a pink blossom tree.) The unlaminated gatefold cover is in very good condition. There's a little rubbing to the surfaces (all these unlaminated covers are prone to this type of wear) but it's better than most examples. The "L" in "Black" on the front cover has a tiny brown mark which may clean off. It has its original glued-in insert - the first page showing Ozzie has some tiny white specks along the bottom (see photo) and only mentioned for complete accuracy. Plain white poly-lined inner sleeve.
