Description


UK FIRST PRESS (NO Made In England beneath 1972 on label) copy of the classic Vertigo Swirl/Spiral label LP 6360 071, 'Vol.4' by Black Sabbath.
Small swirl on label, 1Y//1, 2Y//1 matrix suffixes, 'Porky' and 'Pecko' cutting credits.
The original matt gatefold sleeve has some foxing marks, slight fading of the black, light edge creases and edge scuffing, slight bending of top right corner and some light rubbing evident on the edges front and back. Overall, sleeve still certainly grades VG!

Supplied in an original Vertigo swirl inner.
The vinyl is in super condition, shiny and glossy, very clean; there is a very slight edge warp, side A has a very light line across the last 3 tracks, and side B just has a couple of the lightest hairlines, none of these minor issues affecting superb audio. Playing quality is excellent, a very occasional light click, nothing obtrusive - the vinyl overall certainly grades EX.
A complete copy, then, of a major UK rarity!! Looking forward to bids on this and other Vertigo UK LPs being listed today!!!
